Natural stone is a unique and naturally occurring material. Each slab will vary in colour, tone, veining, movement, texture, pattern and mineral composition. These natural variations are part of the character and beauty of natural stone and are not considered defects. Samples are provided as a general representation of the stone only and should not be relied upon as an exact indication of the colour, veining, pattern or overall appearance of the full slab. Due to the natural variation within each block, the finished slab may differ significantly from the sample shown.
Where possible, we strongly recommend that customers, designers and fabricators view and approve the actual slab(s) prior to selection, fabrication or installation, particularly where colour, veining or pattern consistency is important.
Please note that photographs, digital images, showroom samples and lighting conditions can also affect the perceived colour and appearance of the stone.
By selecting and purchasing natural stone, the customer acknowledges and accepts that natural variation is an inherent characteristic of the material and that the actual slab may differ from any sample, photograph or previously viewed stone.
Universal Granite does not guarantee an exact match between samples and full slabs, or between slabs from different blocks, batches or shipments.
